Panic Attacks

Everyone can feel anxious at times in their lives. Especially when they are overwhelmed with job pressures, money problems, or family challenges. Panic attacks are different than being anxious. Panic attacks are surges of intense terror when there is no actual danger or threat. These attacks can develop into a Panic Disorder when a person who has had repeated panic attacks in the past has an intense fear of having another attack.(@1996Channing Bete Company, Inc.) 1. Thoughtful post! Overwhelm, sheer panic, has to be one of the most “out of control” feelings on the planet. Thankfully, information such as you have shared here can be so helpful. I imagine for those that are troubled by the re-occurrence of such “pull out your hair” feelings will find solace and hope in understanding the difference between where they find themselves then, and where they can find themselves now. Great share!!!
