Stress Management is one of the most essential skills to learn to have a valuable quality of life. It is not a skill that most people possess. Learning skills to handle your stress consists of learning many different types of skills and using different tools so that you are fully equipped to deal with life’s obstacles and persevering through hardships.
In this area of Captivating Hope we will add media that includes lessons on how to best handle your stress. The first media we are adding is a YouTube video that is incredibly useful and simplistic. It is a clear and concise video on how to handle stress efficiently and effectively.
