Use this app to lift your mood, take a quick meditation pause, or capture and savor the small happy moments that you find in your day. You can use the Happier app to record happy moments both big and small, writing down things we appreciate is a scientifically proven way to feel more positive and optimistic. You can attach a picture to your entry and categorize it under categories you set up. Then other people can see your entries (if you would like, or just friends or private). You and others can give smile faces to others happy moments. Happier also has bite-sized, expert-led courses to discover new ways to find joy, calm, and satisfaction – they take just a few minutes a day, and help you become more resistant to negativity you may encounter, and more resilient overall.
Is a guided meditation app. It has a beautiful interface with meditations listed by activity. There are 80+ custom guided audio meditation tracks. Tracks are designed for 14 activities such as sleep, work & difficult emotions. There is also a solo meditation timer. There is a check-in system which allows you to measure how you’re doing and stats showing your usage and progress. I highly suggest this for beginners.
